Personalized Baby Stat Sign

Welcome your sweet baby with this custom round wooden sign featuring their first and middle names in the colors of your choice. The attached birth stat tag allows you to personalize with the babies birth date, time, weight & height, making it a meaningful piece you'll treasure forever! This handcrafted sign is the perfect decor for hospital doors, nursery decor, birth announcements or baby shower gifts. The name is laser cut out of wood, giving it a raised effect on the round backer. Multiple color options are available for the name and backer (please see color chart in photos). Main photo is shown with light pink and metallic gold. The wooden backer can either be painted or stained (please see wood stain options in photos). Adding the bow is optional. If choosing to add a bow, the ribbon will coordinate with the colors you have chosen for the sign.  This is made on .25" thick wood and has a string attached for hanging.
